I worked at Carl's Jr part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The staff was friendly and made it easy to learn the procedures of the restaurant. I was able to quickly learn how to be a part of the team and communicate with other teammates to do my job well.

    Cons

Some of the fellow teammates were not eager to do a good job, which required a bit of juggling when a surge of guests came through the restaurant.

I have been working at Carl's Jr (More than 3 years)

    Pros

As well as being a full-time shift leader, I was also a full time college student and the general manager always worked around my schedule.

    Cons

For being a shift leader, you have a lot more responsibilities as opposed to the crew members yet you only get paid a few cents more..

    Advice to Management

Having such a small crew does not benefit the store production.
