I have been working at Carleton University part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Work in a lab teaching interesting topics

    Cons

expected to work more hours than paid for

    Advice to Management

pay TA's less per hour, but pay them for the hours they work instead of paying all TA's the same number of hours. Some TA's end up working alot harder than others
