    Pros

relaxed environment. free food all the time

    Cons

Not diverse. All staff are Caucasian...no minorities at all. All promotions- full time and permanent positions were given to people with connections and Caucasians. Just look at the staff directories and management boards

I worked at Carleton University part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It was a part-time position that I got based on a good recommendation from my current supervisor at Carleton. The day started at 8:30ish and ended at around 4 or 5 pm. We received a lunch break at noon's and received free lunch! Overall, it was an alright minimum-paying job for a week.

    Cons

Super long days, can also be boring.

    Advice to Management

Be more organized in terms of the ambassadors. Treat the ambassadors a little better and with respect.
