    You get to earn teaching experience while you're still a student

    Cons

    Marking takes up more time than you'd think!

    Advice to Management

    Have to make sure you keep track of your hours otherwise you may end up working longer than you are paid for

    - Decent benefits, especially for graduate students

    - Bad work-life balance around midterms
    - Low pay for undergraduate students doing to exact same job as graduate students

    - Fix the wage gap between undergrad and grad TAs
    - Better manage work distribution during exams
    - Hire more TAs

    - Work shifts can be tricky during exams period as most of the students working part time want shift changes
