- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Employee focused company where there are endless opportunities and power given to the employees to have agency over their work and develop their career. There is always room for growth, promotions, and pay raises if you bring hard work to the table, and there is high employee retention due to this, even during the great resignation period. Highly competitive compensation, above market value. The HR team is nothing but incredible and robust, with key individuals on the team always focused on promoting positive company culture and programs to elevate employees and make them feel valued. Overall company culture is excellent with high priority on work life balance and a plethora of bright and talent individuals you can learn from. Financially, the company is well off and in an industry where there is financial growth expected, and it does not shy away from spending money on providing all the resources needed for an employee to thrive. Beautiful & aesthetic SF headquarters.
