Good salary and experienced engineers
Cons
Really bad and old-fashioned projects based on legacy code written 10 years ago (Android). Classes containing up to 10k lines of code, most of the time developers are refactoring and fixing bugs. There are new features as well but those projects are not perspective. Trying to sell something nobody wants to by for 3 years now.

Pros
Friendly and helpful colleagues, good cooperation inside a team and between other teams. Fun to work, very good project and a perspective product developing using latest technologies. A lot of opportunity to learn new stuff and stay in shape. Good salary, friendly management.

If you don't have experience, you have a chance to learn.
Cons
Company has it's own products which are not sold even after 4-5 years. Management is in chaos. Salary is never increased. Overtime work is not paid.
