I have been working at Carnival full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fun Atmosphere. Minimal micromanagement. Very generous compensation. If you can sell; you WILL make money here. (Real Salary Potential - 50k to 60k for average reps, 80k - 100k if you are a beast). Awesome benefits ( Health, Dental, 401k, employee stock purchase etc). Free Food. Constant positive reinforcement and motivation.

    Cons

LONG HOURS. Absolutely no work life balance. Repetitive work. You must constantly make yourself available to your guests if you want to make good money. Certain sales reps get favored over others and "get fed" leads or put on the inbound sales line in order to get hotter leads (very unfair advantage to the "not favored" reps.
