    I worked at Carnival full-time

    Pros

Great company. Good benefits. There is an option to work from home almost immediately following the training. Good price for stock option. Can't beat working from home directly for a company and getting full benefits

    Cons

Call volume during busy season will feel overwhelming at times. No flexibility when it comes to schedule changes other than finding someone to swap a shift with.

    Advice to Management

offer a better option for scheduling. For example a part time position. This may decrease your employment turnover. Less department freezes.

I worked at Carnival full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good people, good location and opportunity for low paying jobs. Once you reach a certain pay grade they tend to eliminate positions.

    Cons

You must watch you back especially with the PVP department, that area is full of sharks from upper management on down. Outside that area the place is good! Speak a lot of core values, but practice very few of them.

    Advice to Management

Consider your actions before eliminating someone, actually speak with the other areas that might be affected by making a blind decision based on someone who may not know exactly what is going on. There is a lot of decisions made without thought.

Opportunity to make into six figures average reps make between 45K-55K annually. They are constantly feeding you.

    Cons

Prepare yourself to live there if you want to make good money otherwise it is minimum to average wage (less than 30K annually).
