    I worked at Carnival full-time

    Pros

Okay product, however not sure as company should have gone out of way to have teams experience it!

    Cons

Most employees are actively working against the company because they don't feel activiely involved in the business. A hierarchical and borderline bullying culture prevails.

    Advice to Management

If you don't trust your teams, who can you trust?

I have been working at Carnival full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You get to travel and meet a lot of different people with different cultures. You get to have friends all over the world. Thanks to Carnival ;)

    Cons

Too tiring work load and too much heat from the gangway because theres no large enough tent to cover us

    Advice to Management

Put shifting in gangway, or just put tent on gangway that is large enough to cover us from the striking heat of the sun so we photographers do not get too exhausted and toasted frying 4hrs taking pictures under the sun.

I have been working at Carnival full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Getting paid to travel.

    Cons

You are a slave to the ship. Life aboard is utterly soul-sucking. You are reachable on your mobile 24/7. As long as you're okay with being a slave to your job, otherwise, I cannot stress enough how horrible my experience was with this company.

I have been working at Carnival full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Travelled the world, as a nurse I had officer status and private cabin. Cheap alcohol and amazing food! Some great people and life long friends.

    Cons

Very odd nurses and doctors. Many young nurses are fast tracked to senior nursing officer with very limited experience and no management experience. The result was loss of control and bullying of staff, with staff looking the plot.

    Advice to Management

Assess personalities more thoroughly and do not promote staff due to desperate staff shortages.
