Pros
My technical team was world class and I was actively developed according to my strengths and interests. Lots of training opportunities paid for by the company. I had the opportunity to discuss vision of the team and company with my manager and C level executives.
Cons
Minimal opportunity for raises, however the starting pay and monthly bonus for a non-sales person was high enough to compensate and retain talent.
