There was free fruit sometimes.
Cons
Management was completely checked out all the time. It was clear they had never even attempted to do the job themselves. It only got worse as more technical managers left and got fired, to be replaced with used car salesmen.

Pros
Legacy Carousel employees are supportive, knowledgeable and care about each other.
Cons
Every since the acquisition of Carousel by NWN things have gone severely downhill. New leadership does not seem to care about its people and did not handle the acquisition in a great way. Majority of the Carousel employees have left which leaves a huge gap of knowledge. Morale is low and leadership is in it for themselves.
