A recruitment contact who will give you feedback following interview and be pro-active in finding you the most suitable role within in the business.

    Cons

Some stores do require moving to the 21st century, making sure the staff have the best possible resource to keep the business moving forward successfully.

    Advice to Management

Set the highest example, motivate and communicate - make sure everyone is working towards the same goal.

I worked at Carpetright full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good colleagues, excellent work/life balance and friendly customers. Also had the opportunity to work closely with customers for carpet fitting etc. Hope this helps.

    Cons

I don't have any specific cons to share. Maybe, better commissions will help motivate staff even more motivated. Very occasionally, some customers can be a bit hard to deal with.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work

I have been working at Carpetright full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Really great company to work for, highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a role. The business is going through a lot of change but all for the good and to make it even better for our customers and colleagues , the changes are planned well and their is a fantastic training and communications system in place so you always know what is going on and you can learn what you need when you need it. The managers are lovely, real human beings and have a laugh at the same time as working really hard to get everything done . The store teams are brilliant and have a real family atmosphere to them.

    Cons

its busy, there is never a dull moment, not sure that's a negative though?

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing, its a great place to work and it keeps getting better.
