    Pros

    held their staff to another level when it came to customer service. open at dinner only and no singing for birthdays. management was great and cared very much for their employees

    Cons

    later in my career they started to open for lunch and it seemed a few shortcuts were being taken in the kitchen. the bread used to be made fresh and now it comes it in frozen.

    Pros

    Carrabbas is semi upscale dining so the ticket prices and high and the tips are usually pretty good.

    Cons

    Both of the carrabbas I worked at were incredibly slow so if you want to make money you need to be in carside or bar tending.

    Advice to Management

    Carrabbas needs a makeover and menu price change.

    Pros

    It's a great job while you're finishing school and the meal discount is really nice. They have been very flexible with my scheduling as well.

    Cons

    The business has lagged over the course of the past 5 years, and I seem to earn about 75% of what I used to earn. There are too many coupons and discounts.

    Advice to Management

    Please stop trying to bring in the fast casual crowd. It changes our client demographic overall and certainly not in a positive way. BRING BACK THE WHITE SHIRTS AND TIES. The black spandex is really unappealing and is too easy to wad up and "wear again"....

    Pros

    Management is very good with request from servers. You make your own schedule basically

    Cons

    Pay is not as great anymore.
    Coupons affected the restaurant, now cheaper people come in. Seniority matters there a lot!
    Sucking up is another way you will get what you want instead of your hard work. Thats also the only way to get promoted.

    Advice to Management

    Pay more attention to who is working the hardest and doing the best instead of who is talking the most to you and sucking up.
