    Flexible Hours during the week for students

    Cons

    Discounting ruined the experience for servers. Always chasing a manager to swipe their card to permit a comp on the POS

    Advice to Management

    Stop discounting checks. If you want to generate traffic start with low prices.

    Regular customers were friendly and management was supportive. Great health insurance benefits. Great online scheduling platform offered flexiblity.

    Cons

    Lots of slow nights = unpredictable income.

    Pros

    I have been in the food and bar industry all my life and have worked in all areas of the business from the back of the house and all jobs in the front of the house. I am a people person and a great team worker and know when their is a area that is behind and able to help pick up the slack to get things back on track.

    Cons

    The only cons I have is when one bad employee can bring bad nights to the business by having a terrible attitude while bringing down the other employee's around them.

    Advice to Management

    I love the entertainment business and love going to work every day while working with others that enjoy this work as much as I do.

    I have been working at Carrabba's Italian Grill part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    I started working for Carrabba's in 2011. I started as Carside. I currently bartend. This is a great restaurant to work for. It is always pretty busy, you close by 10 or 11 pm and it's a good atmosphere.

    Cons

    I really don't have a lot of con's with working at Carrabba's. Anytime something breaks it is fixed right away. The managers always treat everyone with respect. This is a good place to work

    Advice to Management

    Do not forget to go to tables and let them know you are very happy they come out to eat here. A big part of the customer base is dedicated loyal customers, sometimes from all over the country.
