    Pros

    Thorough employee training program. I started here as a brand new server and I learned a lot. I was a ken to become a bartender and trainer. Clientele is usaually good. The food is great and made from scratch. While in training they let you try the food. Opportunity for advancement to key holder or manager if that's what you're into

    Cons

    Too much sidework. Some sections are not very good and you can't make as much money in those. Typical restaurant issues like managers having favorites, mandatory holidays like Christmas Eve must be worked if you are newer staff.

    Advice to Management

    It's a corporate restaurant so it's all about the dollar signs. Listen to your staff and treat them well.

    Pros

    They are a nationally recognized chain, so there was never really an issue with getting patrons in the door.

    Cons

    Training is sub-par. It's a glorified version of Olive Garden. They are posing as upscale, but servers on the floor and cooks in the back certainly know otherwise.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on a consistent training experience.

    Pros

    I work at Carrabba's part time. My managers are very easy to deal with, and they work well with my schedule. They offer flexible schedules and really look out for the best interest of their customers. You also get 50% off at any Carrabba's, Outback or Bonefish.

    Cons

    Sonetimes the managers are too lenient with some of the lazier, slack employees.

    Great place to work and learn some beneficial skills that you can take with you later on in your career. Friendly management, coworkers, free lunch if you're a double or carside.

    Pros

    Nice employee and good hours. Easy to learn and they work with your schedule for the most part. Excellent job.

    Cons

    Always get called in last minute. The regency one has rude customers. Try to stay positive and work with others and you'll be fine.

    Advice to Management

    Hire back previous hard working employees even if they quit and have grown as a server/hostess.

    Pros

    Some of my colleges were very helpful. You got half off on food for you and your family, great atmosphere

    Cons

    Not minimum wage, $5/hr plus tips. Management was not professional, not enough hours. Most servers also don't tip to all host or the have the option to not tip at all.

    Advice to Management

    Be more professional, don't mess around with the cooks in the bathroom, also appreciate your employees and don't be controlled by them, you're management for a reason.
