Corporate chain that cares more about their bottom line then anything else, employee moral and money making is not a concern or theirs. It is a Dog eat dog business you have to look out for yourself. Must work holidays and weekends with little regard to what may be going on in your personal life.

Quick cash in your pocket. The management is very understanding if you have multiple jobs to work around your schedule. I worked here all through college with no conflicts. They even gave me time off to be with my family if you let them know ahead of time.

Stressful environment to deal with nightly. We also have a ton of side work and responsibilities after our night is over. After a long Saturday night we typically have to roll seventy-five silverware.

You have a very flexible schedule as you do in most restaurants and they are very understanding with your personal life.
Cons
The company has steadily lost its higher end appeal. Servers are expected to do to many tasks at once : pre bussing, run other servers food, run bar drinks, side work is out of control.

I work at Carrabba's part time. My managers are very easy to deal with, and they work well with my schedule. They offer flexible schedules and really look out for the best interest of their customers. You also get 50% off at any Carrabba's, Outback or Bonefish.

Sonetimes the managers are too lenient with some of the lazier, slack employees.
