Pros

I make good money and get to leave with cash in my pocket every night. I also get to meet some pretty cool people.

Cons

The company has been moving away from it's foundations on a corporate level. The focus is no longer on the guest experience, the employees, or the quality of the food. It is about penny pinching.

Easy and usually very good money, higher end clientele, and half off food at other carrabbas, outback, and bonefish. If you come in with a good attitude you will make good money and meet new people.

Management does not respect staff, only goal is OSAT scores and that you use a tray. Also sidework can range from nothing at all to over an hour or more simply depending on where your section is at. Sections are also very small usually only 2 to maybe 3 tables.

It’s a fast and easy way to make money. Helps pay the bills decently.

Disorganization, too much gossiping and back stabbing, untrustworthy, unfair treatment. Superficial. You will be blamed for things you didn’t do and no one will care about you or how hard you work.

Not many but you can make decent money if you’re willing to work 60 hours a week at a fast food ‘Italian’ restaurant

Horribly managed, GM is always bringing his personal problems into work, talks down to everyone, 3 table sections, hard to make money like a normal server, bartenders are never around and slow, the trainer is a pill head who’s always high on something, people call of daily and no one cares but god forbid you need a day off for something real, unless you’re in the ‘cool’ circle of people who will never work anywhere else. The to-go kitchen takes all the priority so the dinner guests have to wait over an hour for their food.

Leadership was fair, busy weekends. Opportunity to make a good amount of money and there are many people who made a full time career for years working there.

A lot of sidework and not having a choice what you tip our bartenders and hosts for bussing your tables.

The only pro I can think of is you can make good money if you suck up to the Proprietor. The mangers are the only reason the Proprietor is successful. The Proprietor creates such a terrible experience on a daily basis at creates such a negative atmosphere, of course unless you kiss his butt.

Cons

Proprietor at the Champions Forrest location makes you fill out surveys as if you were a customer so he can improve his SMG(survey) score. If you don't suck up to the Proprietor you don't stand a chance at this job no matter how well you perform at your job. The tip share is 3% of your total sales. Also don't expect to get paid after every shift because the Proprietor never plans well enough to call in tips clearing. There are times when you may not get your tip money until a week later. It is common to get cussed out if the Proprietor is having a bad day or relationship problems with an employee he is dating. If you ever visit another Carrabba's location there is systems and policies enforced and people held accountable for their actions unlike the location at Champions Forrest location. My suggestion to you as potential employee is work at any other location besides this location.

Money is good and co-workers are pretty awesome! The company itself is not bad, and the food is great!

Managment is abysmal. You will work 11 hours with no breaks, managers will constantly threaten to fire you to get you to do what they want, "we don't owe you anything" has been Doug Leones favorite quote. Managers that cry at tables, managers who are narcissist, they will ask you to come in and will not pay you (refusal to let you clock in) and if you try to leave they threaten to fire you. They also seem to target those going to college and getting degrees. I can go on, avoid this location at all costs.
