    Pros

    Decent parking for some employees

    Cons

    Low pay, no training, materials for instruction scarce, an executive director who bullies and has his 'favorites'. A Dean who learned bullying from the ED, has little experience as a dean and no experience as dean of academics. The dean gossips about others and does so in a demeaning and cruel way. They will ask you to work 10-12 hours a day with the promise of Fridays off, yet you'll take home work for Friday and the...

    Get rid of the ED and Dean. hire people who are passionate about what they do, students and staff.

    I worked at Carrington College for less than a year

    Pros

    They are always desperate to hire so chances to get hired are high.

    Cons

    Terrible place to work, people are rude and lousy. Moral is terrible, better to go hungry!

    Advice to Management

    Hire better quality people and pay them accordingly. It will change the reputation of your institution.

    Pressure, dishonesty, bad energy at work, nobody seems to like their job.

    Treat your admissions rep with respect and run the college like a college instead of a car lot!
