    Pros

    Was nice and now horrible.

    Cons

Nothing changes. Need new blood with energy and new ideas. Particularly with head in Columbus office. Been there 20 yrs or so and it's same old same old. Plus, rude and mean. Operations in NC needs a complete makeover. Useless and no sense or concern to improve processes. Again, in position long time, comfortable with attitude of who cares. Also, a mean know it all.

    Pros

I enjoyed working with the creative team in the Columbus office.

    Cons

The manager interviewed me and wanted me to move and start work in three weeks at the Columbus office. It was obvious they were over loaded. I worked late every day for three months. After three months when everything calmed down, they let me go. They knew I moved to Columbus with no relocation funds for that position, but they said things were not working out even though I busted my tail and gave them an excellent product. Hostile work environment especially toward women. Management used vulgar and derogatory language. They bragged about using and tossing aside freelancers not caring they were getting work out of them. Management would talk behind peoples backs in a way where everyone in the room could hear them. They had no respect or empathy for any of their workers, coworkers and management.
