I have been working at CarterEnergy full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good work environment, wonderful and helpful associates, very successful and strong work ethic exemplified in and out of the corporate office, also within driving community. Both fun and serious employees, variety of personalities and diversity in recruited employees.

    Cons

Highly stressful and slightly intimidating after two weeks of on the job training and experience. Culture hard to assimilate into from college career but help from human resource makes huge difference within individual acclimation.

I have been working at CarterEnergy full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The benefits are decent and there are some nice people.

    Cons

HR isn't helpful. The management in billing is not reliable and doesn't take charge of the department nor correct employee grievances. The workers are rude and territorial with an unwillingness to train new workers or they only give a little information and you have to figure out the rest.

    Advice to Management

Address issues of the long standing employees and if they aren't willing to change their attitudes for the betterment of the team, stop turnover and correct the team environment. Show some diversity in your Overland Park Office as well.
