I have been working at Casa of Maryland full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

CASA is a dedicated services and advocacy organization that arrives to meet all the varied needs of the communities of serves. Through daily on-the-ground outreach, CASA makes sure that the community members' voices are heard. Bonus: staff positions are unionized.

    Cons

As a non-profit, resources are often limited, and employees who care a lot about their work often work more than 40 hours per week.

I worked at Casa of Maryland part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Wonderful people to work with. Great pay. Make a difference. Diverse staff

    Cons

No mentors or on the job training. Only 10 hours per week.

    Advice to Management

Hire less teachers so the ones you have can make a living off of more hours. Also offer workshops and trainings
