I have been working at Casafari full-time (More than a year)
Pros
Exciting times in a growing proptech startup. The team and new people joining are amazing. The company is a sum of many cultures and talents, where you can learn new things from the team. Everyone is smart and committed to move fast and bring innovation to real estate. Managers are open to feedback. Team events, lunch, meetings on a big terrace.
Cons
No calmness. Fast changing environment with high demands. It can overwhelm in the first months.
Advice to Management
Don't keep toxic people.

I have been working at Casafari full-time (Less than a year)
Pros
- People are very skilful and friendly. The environment really encourages communication.
- Product has a lot of potential.
- Day-to-day tasks make a visible impact, everyone's opinion and contribution are respected and appreciated.
- Company is moving in the right direction.
- The team is young and diverse. A lot of interesting people.
Cons
- Classic start-up pains: prioritisation, fast-growing team, projects piling up. I think it's only normal and both management and employees recognise these problems and make a combined effort to solve them.
- For the type of company Casafari wants to be, perks could be better.
Advice to Management
Keep investing and trusting in your employees. Good things are coming.

I have been working at Casafari full-time (Less than a year)
Pros
- Very interesting, challenging and dynamic - there are a lot of good projects going on and it's almost impossible to get bored as you're always learning here;
- International team culture;
- Amazing team, really collaborative - kind of a 'family' vibe - and yes, here people do hang out often after work;
- You have the freedom to manage/organize your work hours (start time, remote working, etc);
- Mostly flexible when you need to book holidays;
- Management is demanding (on the good side) and also very approachable at all times - they are really helpful not only answering any questions but also if you want a better understanding on a topic, they are more than happy to order a bunch of books of your interest or anything that could help to make you better at what you're doing;
- Concern for the physical and mental health of the employees;
- You can grow professionally here and have many career opportunities;
Cons
Not necessarily cons in my view because I was well aware of these 'struggles' when I joined, but if I have to mention a few:
- processes are still new and being set so sometimes it can be a bit disorganised;
- workload can be quite high from time to time;

> Fun team building activities.
> Company is improving a lot recently and gaining traction.

> Workload can be high sometimes.
Advice to Management
> Ensure that your current employees have a good work-life balance.

I have been working at Casafari full-time (Less than a year)
Pros
Important: I wrote this review out of own will, neither I was asked to do so, nor did I receive money or any compensation or was promised anything. I also do not believe in forcing any reviews and never heard about it in casafari or any other company before.
My positive points
- challenging and constantly new tasks (here it is never boring)
- relatively small team with flat hierarchies (open doors)
- great teammates, culture, and spirit
- office location in LxFactory, good for drinks after work
- freedom at work (breaks, home office, start time)
- experienced founders, daily around and accessible
- easy going attitude, but all highly motivated
- career opportunities, the sky is the limit
Cons
My negative points
- workload due to fast growth
- just one meeting room
- processes new and not yet smooth/efficient
Advice to Management
- keep the spirit and be super selective in hiring only highly motivated newcomers
- be careful with external consultants, they all fail (and failed so far)

There is an extremely volatile managing setup. One minute, it is ok to do a certain thing, the next minute you are in trouble
Belittling and humiliation of employees
Glassdoor reviews is the only way to have an impact
Micromanagement
Advice to Management
Stop posting 5 star glassdoor reviews yourself and make it deserve it
