- Interesting projects - very nice international team - regular team events - fruits, snacks and coffee - highly demanded product and data analysis - weekly targets with flexibility to reach them - ideas and initiatives are welcome - feedback sessions - no micro management - passion and ambition to build services for clients worldwide
Cons
- Limited resources, - too many projects on hold - too many employees with no experience - open office with many distractions
Advice to Management
If you want to keep your growth and expansion, hire more experienced employees for every team

Some improvements happened due to bad glassdoor reviews Some flexibility during the morning

There is an extremely volatile managing setup. One minute, it is ok to do a certain thing, the next minute you are in trouble Belittling and humiliation of employees Glassdoor reviews is the only way to have an impact Micromanagement
Advice to Management
Stop posting 5 star glassdoor reviews yourself and make it deserve it

Pros
The business model has market potential. Large real estate data for learning data analysis.
Cons
- The management is the worst. Makes one to think whether working for startups is really worth it. The management lack professionality. They can even joke about something you mispelled or said it in the wrong way. - The worst is asking you to do something, puting you under pressure and even wanting you to stay there till 9 pm, to produce an output that they already have. They make you sweat at times for nothing.... - Old soviet kind of mentality reigns in this company: block employees minds so that they cannot have a life outside the company. - Additionally, they had promised employement contract during interview and later provided a "recibo verde", which basically is a service agreement, and you end up working as freelancer without rights for holidays or anything. I think this company are just taking advantage of the system to avoid paying employment benefits, something reserved for employees and not freelancers. - Another thing, one of the boss, when (he/she) wants to humilate you, can even say that this I learn to do when I was teenager, "so you should be able to do very quickly" - If you have no choice of work, better to stay home than to work for Casafari.

Pros
As an early stage startup on a large real estate market that is expanding across several countries, Casafari offers a vast amount of opportunities to learn a lot in a friendly and supporting environment and grow personally as it is actually encouraged. Other positive assets include flexible working hours and an unlimited amount of days off (nobody is counting them). The performance is measured by efficiency, speed..., and quality, not by working hours. "Get together" team events are organized in Portugal and Spain (last time it was Mallorca), with sightseeing, sports (running competitions, go trail running and hiking together) and beach time. Very international. The customer feedback goes directly to the team. Casafari customers are leading real estate companies. Management embraces a culture of sharing, open exchange, transparency, and bold aggressive innovation (while thinking about compliance).

It is a startup and can not compete yet with corporate salaries, therefore the management is becoming more creative in compensation packages. A small size of the team means a big volume of work. Management is very demanding to deliver every piece of work with the high standards of quality which can be pressuring but after all satisfying (after it is delivered and we read the customer feedback). Feedback can be... sassy sometimes.
