I have been working at Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Decent medical and PTO benefits if they allow you to use them

    Cons

Most sites are chronically understaffed and the company doesn't have a particular interest in correcting this. Advice to Management

Keep up with MH industry standards. IT'S ALREADY SUCH A LOW BAR!!!!!! Treat your employees with respect. Believe women when they say they're being harassed. My advice to any prospective employees, run away. You might be lucky and get to work with a good manager, but most likely, you won't.

I have been working at Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare

    Pros

management pays lip service to the idea of employee safety. There are safety commities that can make recommendations however management does not have to do anything.

    Cons

No real training on self defense if you take their training and try it if you are attacked you will get hurt. Treatment rooms are not safe no real emergency button, doors open in so you could be trapped, no plan for rescue.

    Advice to Management

better get real about safety so far you have been lucky. Maybe a Union would help you take this seriously.
