CaseCentral was one of the earliest companies in the online review business and despite a so-so reputation, continues to get large contracts.
The company's largely controlled by the founder and his father, who continually look at their senior managers as the cause of any problem that arise in the business. There have been several dozen VPs and Directors fired in the last 3 years. Things may be getting better as the founder finally turned over the reins to a new CEO. Several years ago they did a customer survey and the results were so terrible that they refused to share them with key employees (product managers, operations managers) who could have actually fixed the problem.
Advice to Management
Find a way to keep some stability in the senior and middle management tiers, and follow good HR practices like setting SMART goals, letting people have life-work balance, and being transparent.
