Worked overtime constantly and was denied the pay. Worked in Healthcare so I did it to take care of the patients. Paid 400 a month for healthcare with a 5k deductible. I always worked short handed.
Pay, benefits, stability, hours, location, non-existant management means very independant work, which could be a pro and a con for someone

Getting pay raises is difficult. Company difficult to reach for answers regarding pay and benefits at times. Non-existant managment means very independant work.
