I have been working at CaseStack full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

CaseStack offers continued growth, a positive and upbeat work environment, and the ability to stand out among your peers. I have been with CaseStack for approx. a year and a half and have thoroughly enjoyed my time with the company. I appreciate the room to grow and advance, the encouragement to explore new roles, and the ability to continue my education with the perks of tuition reimbursement. Within my department, I have never felt the company lacked in work/life balance as I have seen at previous employers. I am excited to see what is to come in my future with CaseStack.

    Cons

At times, the workload can feel heavy, but I do feel the management understands this and is doing what needs to be done in order to improve in this area.

I have been working at CaseStack full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They do have a casual dress code

    Cons

No management training. Managers earn their title due to seniority not because of talent or management skills. The tone of the organization is "me, me, me", not what can benefit our customers or employees. I have never worked for so many self serving people in my life. The HR department is a mirage-no one in the department is qualified nor do they care about employees

    Advice to Management

Take some "Learning how to manager without being a bully" classes. Promote employee welfare. Happy employees are productive employees

I worked at CaseStack full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Employees and managers are intelligent, friendly, and supportive. Company is growing fast and the business model has a very positive outlook. Good company culture.

    Cons

Some technology is outdated, but CaseStack is making a determined effort to modernize and in many ways already has. CaseStack is miles ahead of many other elements in the logistics industry.

    Advice to Management

Continue efforts to automate and modernize.

I worked at CaseStack full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Commission is easy to hit if you have experience BUT management won't stay out of your way!

    Cons

There's a reason why they hire 95% ARs with no experience. Management is absolutely terrible, a joke. The director and his ego have mid management team with ZERO management experience. They run the place like Jr High School. Unethical practices not approved by management but taught. If you're not part of management Jr High "click" they make your life h@ll. HR works for management not you.

    Advice to Management

Clean house (management) absolute joke that's giving company a bad reputation.

    Pros

Great team environment. Ideal location. management provides a strong support system for growth. Company is growing very rapidly.

    Cons

The work life balance is not strong. Very high volume output required of each team member. Volatility with rapid growth shows with the warehouse partners.

    I worked at CaseStack full-time

    Pros

Some folks are good people, good benefits, low pay, low career advancement opportunity unless you play politics.

    Cons

The "supply chain analyst" role is really titled warehouse account manager within the company aka WAM. The wam's are looked down upon by everyone in the organization. Management is all about politics. Before I left, three people got promoted and two out of the three were the reason I left. They are unethical, unprofessional and don't care about anything besides getting their money from clients. The CEO will be in some KSG meetings and you'll be able to tell from there how bad the company culture is. It's really a terrible place to work. I imagine everyone giving it higher than 4 stars is part of the management team that also plays politics.

    Advice to Management

Fire everyone and then fire yourself, Dan.
