I worked at Cash Converters full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Staff discounts 30%
    - Fun environment
    - Good exposure to variety of tasks: sales, lending, webshop

    Cons

    - Salary is based off of 37.5 hrs per week by the hourly rate, not easy to negotiate higher salary
    - Senior management only care mostly about the bottom line in each department and usually don't take into account variable factors
    - Increased responsibilities with no additional pay increase (Operator to department manager, area manager not open to negotiation)

    Advice to Management

Promote the skilled employees you already have within the company, and be open to salary negotiation.
