    Fun environment, opportunity for advancement, great weekly incentives.

    Cons

    None that I can think now, maybe work most holidays.

    Management does not believe in any prior experience you may have, and treats the team members as if this their first job

    Pros

    I've been working at cash1 since May and it is a great job. Offers paid time off and great insurance. Lots of contests to win gift cards and cash prizes. Paid holidays if you're full time. My manager is amazing and goes above and beyond for her customers and employees!

    Long weekend hours, no where for a mother to pump

    Pros

    Company has so much room for growth and always looking to promote within; I was promoted to branch manager within two years of being hired as a teller. Cash 1 is very loyal to their employees and they always like to promote within.

    Cons

    Weekend hours could be shortened.

    Pros

    Pay/Bonus - Work environment. The company cares about their employees and promote from within. I started as a teller and worked my way up to a manager in 12 months.

    Cons

    I don't love working Sunday but we all rotate so it is not terrible.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work but close on Sunday.

    Pros

    Getting to know customers was very rewarding

    Cons

    No integrity. The VP Jill speaks of integrity but lacks it. She plays favorites and is very untrustworthy. They only care about the bottom line and thats the money! The company pretends to care about customer service when in reality taking advantage of customers is what they do. Also, they love yes people. To have a thought of your own is criminal in this company. They like to make the employees jump through hoops like children to meet outlandish goals. This is a horrid company to work for. In the end they get ya good.

    Advice to Management

    Instead of looking to get rid of people who are capable, look around you stop putting a blind eye to your favorite branches and people. Maybe you wouldnt have so much employee theft if you did that.

    Pros

    The CSR's are great and and the customers can be rewarding

    Cons

    Everything else, upper management, no training, low wages, disorganized, people walking all over each other.

    Advice to Management

    Get your people on the same page.
