    Good company, lots of incentives, pays for employee lunch every day, company car, good pay

    Cons

    long hours, company turnover, sometimes hard to meet goal expectations with little or no marketing money to use in the store front Still overall a great place to work

    Advice to Management

    listen to folks on the front line they are the ones that experience daily traffic in office.

    Pros

    Awesome Pay, raises and the potential to bonus. Company get togethers, the people in your district become family because you communicate so much! All around a great place to work !

    Cons

    No cons other than no overtime. Which is also not a bad thing because you get a day off during the week.

    Pros

    Good bonus program. Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm with one Sat a month.

    Cons

    management leads with her emotional and is not communicating with the CEO/owners about her actions.

    Advice to Management

    Owners need to pay close attention to how thier managers run the call center.

    I worked at CashMax (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Birthday lunches and cake monthly for birthdays at the corporate office.

    Cons

    Moved to Dallas from OKC, as I was promised a raise after 90 days. No raise and I was let go after 5 months, with no severance pay, due to "reduction in force".

    Advice to Management

    You should show more respect to your employees, instead of setting them up for failure.

    Pros

    CashMax is a great company to work for!!!! It truly is like one big family, everyone is respectful and you can tell that they really care about you. Customers are surprised at the level of customer service that is given, because the employees take the time to get to know each customer and build relationships with in the community. HIGHLY!! recommend CashMax to anyone

    Have to Work every Saturday, vacation will not rollover, insurance pretty expensive.

    Great communication with my DM he always heard me out.

    Cons

    Trys to run a business with only 2 people in the office, so you will be very busy most of the time. I suggest this to someone who can deal with stress well.

    Spend a little more time in locations before setting profit expectations.
