    Pros

    I Clark Graham came in and done dishes, put food away done inventory of the food. I worked at seating people and empting trays when they were done. I helped Mr.Glen Bark with the catering, I helped with coffee breaks.

    Cons

    My parents were in bad health and I had to leave a lot.

    Pros

    A very caring organization. Staffed by dedicated employees and volunteers. Enjoys a great reputation throughout the county. Very fiscally conservative organization ensures its stability.

    Cons

    Board consists of good people. However, they are passive, and lack energy, enthusiasm, and vision. Short-sighted.

    Advice to Management

    Need to subject board to periodic reviews, evaluations, and goal-setting for their performance.
