    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Cass Regional Medical Center full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Environment, Hands on Experience, Never Boring, An environment that is constantly changing, education and learning new skills is a must.

    Cons

Short staffed, no teamwork, your title states who you are and if you're an aide or PCT you're at the bottom and you get no respect.

    Advice to Management

Teach employees how to work together. How to use communication more effectively.

I worked at Cass Regional Medical Center part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very teamwork oriented. Fellow employees from all departments are friendly and work together.

    Cons

Sometimes management does not deal with issues immediately. Also, upper management does not always support the employees.

    Advice to Management

Let the nurses have more say in how things are done at the bedside.
