    Pros

    -Casual work attire -Relationships you will build with other employees -Food Trucks -Employee appreciation cards -Close to the beach -Free coffee

    Cons

    -Very stressful work environment -Micromanagement -No room for growth -Consistently as an employee in the department I worked, change was always promised and never happened. -Compensation (goes along with no room for growth) -High school atmosphere -Managers are allowed to be best friends with co workers under them. This creates favoritism among certain departments. -Constant change to make people happy for the time...

    Change everything! This starts with looking at people who have been there a while, people who may be higher up. Start listening to what so many have said during their exit interviews and change. Many have given blatant reasons for why they are leaving and most are the same reasons every time. These are always ignored once the person is gone from CB.     Pros

    Amazing people and it is a good place to gain experience if you haven't had job before.Fun work atmosphere.

    Cons

    Everything else!! They do not pay enough for work provided. There is no upward movement in company and promote based on favoritism.
