People are nice and benefits are good. The mid-bosses are kind, high functioning people.
Cons
No one in the office seems to realize how horrifically boring and shallow the work is. The clients are soulless and money-driven, working to make society worse. And we're supposed to help them. The work never ends and never gets interesting. You are doomed to be an uncreative unceasing cog. The pay is below average for the amount of work and the quality of work that is expected.

Casual Films genuinely works hard to maintain a great company culture. They provide considerable benefits and try to foster a good environment for work / life balance. Additionally, it provides the opportunity to work on a wide range of content.

Casual Films is definitely the best place I’ve ever worked. I started our entry-level and have been given the opportunity to take charge of my career path and climb the ranks in the ~2 years I’ve worked here. I love that you’re empowered to succeed and help is there for you when you want it. The roles here are very much what you make of it. Management is super transparent and accessible and always is looking for ways to improve the company & be better in all aspects. The company culture is, true to the name, Casual! We’re basically one big work family and have a lot of fun every day. I very much enjoy coming to work every single day!
Cons
Not many cons at all — sometimes clients can be frustrating and workloads can get challenging but it all ebbs and flows. Management is pretty good about keeping an eye on workloads and redistributing accordingly.

Pros
The atmosphere in the office is always great and no matter what department people work in, everyone gets along so well - often congregating at the lunch table every day and going out on work socials. They are passionate about progressing their internal staff and really care about everyones desired career path.

Knowledge of production is excellent, each client gets a bespoke service to suit their working style, the quality of employee across the entire company is very high.
