  • Upper management sells you a dream about how much you can make with commission sales but it only pays off around fathers day and Christmas (in 11 reviews)

    You learn quite a bit from the seasoned other workers in the same field
    Work place is friendly
    Most are good and co-operate with the daily grind

    Cons

    If you have experience it seems you are not allowed to advance in the up the ladder
    Though in there mission statement it is stated that they promote from with in the company.

    Listen to other works with different way to do a job, Not a cookie cutter way to get the same outcome Offer some benefits to part-time workers
