I have been working at Catapult Technology full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Catapult does a good job taking care of their employees. The benefits are very good; they have (at the time of writing this) 401k matching and good health plans to pick from. They are mainly involved in contracting so mobility is good as long as you have the skills. They have a solid HR department that is responsive and easy to work with. Upper management seems to have their heads on straight, and the PMs I've dealt with have been of a very high caliber. Catapult attracts good people.

    Cons

Honestly, none that aren't just part of the government contracting world. They're a solid company to work for. They recently outsourced their IT services which isn't great, but it's understandable. Service is still good.

    Advice to Management

Continue to focus on your employees. Enable them to flourish and grow and they will work hard for you so you can buy a bigger beach house next year.

    Pros

They seem to be concerned about their contractors and look out for their best interests. They do encourage their staff to develop themselves professionally. Even in a down economy, they try to go to bat for their employees as much as possible.

    Cons

As a contracting company, your lives do hinge on the success of them continuing to get their contracts renewed. They have a good track record though.

    Advice to Management

No advice currently. They are doing a great job as far as I can tell.
