    Cons

They treat their employees like horrible. Harassment stress levels, threaten and over work for no more money. I wasn’t FMLA AND HAVE MY NOTICE AND FIRED! No Bennits had a heart attack in hospital twice and left with no job all bills and kept my paycheck. Had family member due was suppose to get brievance pay denied. Had vacation pay and 401 k took it from me, Left me homeless when that’s what they say who they help. But not me. Went to get rent help said they had no money. Got accused of something I did not do. Told not to come on property or they would put me in jail. He’ll total hell. Do NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. Billion dollar company that denied my unemployment too. Left me for dead. Treat elderly horrible and take their money and therten them too. Evict several for no reason. Let them live in Sewage damaged apartments. Yell and scream t them., until they have a heart attack and die. They treat family bad too hassling them and not letting them bury there love one. Put a stop to them please before more die, 11 died when I was there

    Advice to Management

To all quit and let people who care about employee and residents work there or SHUT DOWN!

I have been working at Catholic Charities USA full-time

    Pros

The company has great benefits and training opportunities for the case managers. As well as opportunities to move around in the company and growth. The pay I felt was fair and well compensated for the workload

    Cons

Management is not open-minded, sensitive or willing to help those who may be burnt out from the nature of the field.

I worked at Catholic Charities USA part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good, Flexible for full time student work balance

    Cons

Not too many Cons at the time it can be a little flexible as younger staff in the early 20s working with older women who are in the 60s, at it feels as though they try to make you feel inferior. But once they get, use to you they are nice and understanding.
But each house has different, experiences.

    Advice to Management

Keep putting the attention, on the individuals, they are the reasons we are here in the first place.

I worked at Catholic Charities USA part-time

    Pros

    Easy interview process
Great benefits package for full-time employees

    Cons

They hired me for a position I didn't even apply for. After orientation, which I was initially told that was all I'd be doing for the day, I was handed a bucket of cleaning supplies and a list of clients to service. So in my dress clothes I had to help another employee clean two client's homes.

    Advice to Management

Better communication and more straight forward communication. Don't just pluck people to fill in vacancies because of your deadlines.
