    Create your own schedule based on your clients needs and availability. Time away from office. Not restricted to a desk.

    Cons

    Micromanagement. Caseload is too large for one person. Having to visit people’s home.

    Advice to Management

    Conduct employee survey to see what needs could be resolved or handled. Take case managers input into consideration.

    The clients are all I can really think of.

    Cons

    Hiring process takes months,so u lose most applicants. No training, no support. Issues remain unsolved.

    Advice to Management

    Hire a good HR director so the hiring process is done properly. Address issues. Show gratitude to employees that go above and beyond for you and maybe they will stay. Increase pay. Lowest paid employees in the state.
