    Working with clients is extremely fulfilling. Lots of opportunity for growth, lots of opportunities to learn and try different things.

    -Close knit atmosphere with coworkers
    -Broad variety of services provided
    -Good benefits

    Cons

    -Poor grant management--staff can be hired and let go due to grant availability
    -Agency undergoing many changes, which also impacts staff
    -Flexibility required by staff as different grants necessitate different types of case management
    -Upper management and frontline staff are not encouraged to work together, impeding the agency's team strength and cohesion.

    Advice to Management

    Continue with COA accreditation standards, to ensure the agency runs more smoothly and all staff are treated with respect and regard.

    Teaching the children seeing them enjoy them self and learning new things trying your best

    When you think you doing something good but really doing it wrong then you get the talk Which no one wants to deal with that of course because everyone is just trying to do the best they can

    The nature of the work is challenging. Hawaii website could be update better in terms of the online application process
