    Management bullying, high-turnover rate/high burnout rate, focus on money vs. client

    Meaningful mission with wonderful coworkers and working climate/culture. Generally a flexible, kind, open organization.

    Cons

    At times, the organizational culture may be more difficult for religious/spiritual outsiders (particularly in regards to politics).

    Employees are like a family. Each works well together for the betterment of the clients they serve. They form a special bond together in and outside of the workplace.

    it is a non profit organization so therefore you will not get rich on the salary.

    Pros

    Quick hire, good benefits. Shared expression of frustrations with coworkers.

    Cons

    You get thrown in and are expected to learn a lot yourself. The adolescents are extremely aggressive and assault staff. The St. Cloud police are there multiple times a day. Understaffed and overworked.
