    Pros

Amazing co-workers, good benefits, a lot of learning opportunities and providing a great service. Micro-management usually isn't an issue depending on which supervisor you are assigned to.

    Cons

Compensation is not enough for the work you do. At times can feel unsupported by upper management. There is a variety of working styles and company makes changes constantly.
