    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Catholic Diocese of Memphis full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great environment and kids, no real behavior problems

    Cons

If you are itinerate, like a music teacher, you have to go out and piece together a full-time job for yourself by getting on at more than one school unless it's a huge school.
