I worked at Catholic Health Services full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Work life balance is good. Will leave work every day at 5:30pm

    Cons

Very mom and pop mentality. Won't learn much of anything. If you are happy working 9-5 and doing the same mundane tasks then this is the job for you.

You as the provider will not be paid for actively...

I worked at Catholic Health Services full-time for more than 4 years

      Pros

Location is central, offices are decent, other employees for the most part are good to work with.

      Cons

The ridiculous company policies make it a pain. Mandatory flu shots for non clinical staff or you are forced to take a 4 month leave with no pay. Women are not allowed to wear sleeveless garments - not spaghetti straps, ANYTHING that shows your shoulders. Posting on social media about personal beliefs that don't align with their mission are grounds for termination. Insurance is terrible and doesn't cover birth control...
