    I worked at Catholic Health Services of Long Island full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Great group of people to work with! Providing excellent care to the local community. Decent workplace equipment for staff and patients.

    Cons

    Increased caseload/work demands without increased compensation. No room for advancement of your career and working your way up the ladder. High turnover rate.
