I have been working at Catholic Health Services of Long Island full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Great people to work with, has pretty good benefits, and salary is pretty decent. Worked on a really nice unit for the past few years with great nurses, need to leave due to hours/shifts

    Cons

Management is trained to make money instead of taking care of patients and employees. They don't care that you haven't eaten all day or even had a chance to use the restroom in last 12 hrs

    Advice to Management

Step down and see what happens on a day to day basis
