      Pros

The employees of Good Samaritan are very nice in general, and it is a great work community. The hospital tries to create some good events for the staff.

      Cons

The parking situation for employees is ridiculous. In general, the appreciation for staff members could be much better. Human Resources is extremely slow in processing any changes and applications. There are many discrepancies in policies and operations from department to department.

What do u say during the first interview with the recruiter when they ask for salary expectations? If I get the offer and it is what I asked them for in the first interview, is it wrong if I negotiate for more?

Hey, I have been applying since last 25 days but did not get any single interview call from any of the interviewers. I have been using personalized cover letter and resume for all job posting of Security Engineer. Not sure what should I do! Any tips would be highly appreciated :)

I just finished a second round interview. I think it went well. I have a question if the interviewer towards the end asks personal questions like favorite sports team and other non work related questions. Is that a good sign? They didn’t mention anything about next steps at the end. They hadn’t in the first round either the recruiter reached out to my surprise for the second round.
