    Pros

    Benefits, shifts are good. . all the basic health plus, dental, vision, life etc. you also receive a 35% discount on any CMC medical expenses.

    Cons

    Management has been in their positions too long and won't make changes for the better. Nothing ever gets fixed, Pay is not good.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees, Change can be good.

    Incompetent managers, work staff to the bone. Many times issues brought up are not resolved, putting patients at risk

    Advice to Management

    Get some experienced managers who know what they are doing.

    Pros

    CMC has a great benefits plan and is diligent about staying accreditation prepared. They care about their employees for the most part.

    Cons

    They will pay you as little as they have to. If you give your notice, only then will they give their notice.
