    Incompetent managers, work staff to the bone. Many times issues brought up are not resolved, putting patients at risk

    Advice to Management

    Get some experienced managers who know what they are doing.

    Differential on Weekends/pay, people weren't too bad to be around

    Pros

    CMC has a great benefits plan and is diligent about staying accreditation prepared. They care about their employees for the most part.

    Cons

    They will pay you as little as they have to. If you give your notice, only then will they give their notice.

    Low Pay and expensive health care.

    An employee who has years of experience receive the same amount of PTO as a newly hired staff right out of high school.

    Working every other weekend for full and part time employees

    Look into more staffing to allow staff to work every third weekend

    management is always switching plans and communication is sometimes missing during those changes.

    stick to the plans that you give to your staff and convey changes immediatly.
