I worked at Catskill Hudson Bank full-time (More than 3 years)
Sadly not many. Not to sound cliche, but there are some really great people who work there. Best i can say is that you with banks going 7 days, they still have traditional hours. They try hard for better technology offered by the big banks.
Simply put, they do not treat their people well. Upper managment give constant reminders that you are employed at will. The CEO Constantly yelled at people in meetings and most people said little out of fear of being his next target. I hear hes retiring but i doubt the next in commands will do much more than they do now. Good luck with that. Zero room for growth at all levels. Constantly short staffed because people leave after having enough which leaves other branches short staffed and unable to take a simple linch break (which upper manamgent will blatently deny)
Advice to Management
Remember that your employees get you where you want to be, not your past experiences from 15 years ago. Treat them better.
