Interesting environment. Hospital admins, staff, and providers are nice for the most part.
Cons
Toxic, micro-managing, soul-sucking, incompetent managers. Pay is not competitive. Many clinics/locations are not well incorporated into the hospital system.

Pros
Great camaraderie among coworkers for the most part. It’s a fun place to work and extremely rewarding!
Cons
You can feel very under appreciated a lot of the time. Certain units are very disrespectful to employees who are floated to them when they’re in need and short staffed. Then there are others where the respect and teamwork is always there, the way it should be.
