    Pros

    - Satisfactory compensation.
    - Relaxed environment.
    - Good work social balance/Lots of company social events/drinks.
    -I felt appreciated when I done a good job, consistent payrises

    Cons

    -Not much room for promotion.
    -Not a lot of fluidity for moving around the company and progressing.
    -Very old school company, not so with the times as it's competitors.
    Old money clients, a little classist.

    Advice to Management

    Although I got along with management I do feel that the manager were not always the most competent.
