Great opportunity to learn trading from an exchange operator perspective.

Undergoing constant organizational change and has had a decent amount of staff turnover.

Pros
Had an excellent supervisor who really looked out for me and made sure that I was learning a lot. Senior management met with interns and really valued our opinions and ideas about how to improve the company. Education: We were given the opportunity to learn about many areas of the company and tour similar firms. Free coffee shop
Cons
Not all interns had the opportunities I had, depended heavily on department and manager. The office was a bit dated and not very nice. Pay is a bit low for interns. CBOE doesn't hire directly out of their intern pool so no full time opportunities, but they indicated this may change.
