    Pros

A big brand in the fire safety market

    Cons

No job stability in sales department. Can fire an employee anytime. Very low salary package.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Ceasefire Industries full-time

    Pros

The brand is well known in the industry. No pros other then this.

    Cons

-The internal management lacks in co ordination. -No help from the HOL. The HOL will ask you to come to office in the morning and discuss the days program but he himself donot come to the office for 2 weeks. -No database, you have to search for your own companies and later when you visit them you will find someone from another team is already in pursuit. -Teams are different but everyone is pitching the same products. Hence competition within the company. - Biggest con is that they tell to visit 5 companies in 1 day but they donot provide travelling expenses to the business development managers, only the HOL and high level employees gets the travel allowance. - with such low salary and also no travelling expenses it is a big disadvantage for business development post employees.

    Territory Manager-sales

I worked at Ceasefire Industries for more than a year

    Pros

As a fresher you would get a good training and exposure to the market. Direct marketing is always a tough one which would make fresher understand how tough. Managers are supportive. This company is having a long list of Corporate tie-ups, which would ease-off some target pressure if, worked properly. Achieve your targets and no one would disturb you for the month. Wide range of excellent & high quality products.

    Cons

Low Salary. Delay in incentive calculation & disbursement. Fight between branch and peer group for single order from one client.

    Advice to Management

Please focus on territory allocation. Timely appraisal.
