Cannot say they are the Greatest... but not terrible.

    Pros

Some of their CNAs are Great and always willing to help. Nurse Betty is AMAZING. The best nurse I have ever met, very passionate and caring woman.

    Cons

    1) They will not pay for after your scheduled shift, So if next shift does not show do not expect to be getting paid anything for the time you have waited. 2) The pay could be higher, especially with the work loads given at times. Not worth breaking your back for poop pay. 3) They could be a little more organized with scheduling people in the wings. Never expect to stay in one wing; favorites is definitely played. 4) Some of their CNAs could use an attitude adjustment, MANY do not know the meaning of Teamwork.

    Pros

Full time offers benefits, weekly for family is expensive but as a single person it is wonderful. PTO is accumulative, same for sick time. Good workers stay a long time the others get pushed along very quickly. Pay is standard to above standard.

    Cons

The patient to aide ratio is high. Aides are required to handle heavy case loads. Staffing is inconsistent with need. Management is not involved enough in the day to day, patient care operations. Advancement is non- existent.
