I worked at Cedar Point Amusement Park part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Nice surroundings, park is pretty.

    Cons

Terrible management and the choice of supervisors, they would always talk to their friends while the rest of the worker would work twice as much, and then when it was time to cut someone they would usually cut the hardest working people. So many things were not fair, I can't count everything in one review.

    Advice to Management

Don't cram too many people in the kitchen because at Pink's it's small and workers are just tripping over each other and they are slow. Rather find out which workers are diligent and give them more hours, because in reality I was able to make both hot dogs and burgers at the same time and was very efficient because I knew all hot dogs ingredients by heart, but still I would wait forever for a guy who was making fries because he was lazy and in the end the whole order would get cold and people would complain. And then you have to make all over again, I was so mad because supervisor never knew whom to put on which position or who needed help and when.
